CAN I CHOOSE WHAT GOES IN MY BOX?

Unfortunately not in our set boxes. We put together a selection of products that compliment each other to give you a selection of health and wellbeing products. If you would like to choose what goes into a box, you can ‘build your own box’ which is such a fun and exciting experience.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Energizing Nutrition delivers to Australia only. Some rural areas may not be available for delivery, so please check this at the checkout. All standard boxes come with free shipping. Build your own box must come to minimum dollar amount of $60 to be eligible for free shipping. Free
shipping is available to all other orders of $60 or above. Any orders that fall below this will have shipping options at checkout. Always check out our promotions on offer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LIFESTYLE BOX OR HEALTHY PRODUCTS?

Orders are processed when payment has been received. Orders are packed every Tuesday. You will receive your box/products 2-5 business days after it has been sent out.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our secure checkout uses Stripe for all payments. We accept all debit and credit cards.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once your order has been processed and confirmed, we cannot cancel your order. This is due to the extra time and fees for us to do so. We are always happy to help if you have any other problems or questions.

WHERE WILL YOU LEAVE MY BOX?

If you are not home to collect the box, one of our friendly courier drivers
will find a safe place. Energizing Nutrition does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen boxes or items. Please make sure you give us the correct mailing address as we will not be responsible for any incorrect spelling in the address. If you do realize you have made a mistake upon ordering, you can send us an email as soon as possible so we can make the correct changes.

WHAT ABOUT DIETRY REQUIREMENTS?

We only have one box available from each category which contain a variety of health products. We do not currently offer alternative boxes pertaining to dietary preference (ie vegan, gluten free, paleo, dairy free) We do take these into consideration when choosing our products for each box. Please check each item prior if you do have a dietary preference or allergy to certain products as we do not take responsibility for any allergic
or dietary reactions.
